Rules and regulations for flights to/from the United States

In compliance with Intelligence Reform Title 49 U.S.C. section 114 and the Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004, as well as Title 49 C.F.R, sections 1540 and 1560, the Transport Security Administration (TSA) has established the Secure Flight Program in which all airlines flying to/from the U.S.A. are required to provide the following information regarding each passenger:

  • Full name as it appears on government-issued I.D. or passport
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Redress Number, if applicable

Should there be an error in the information you provide, Interjet will not be held responsible in the case it may deny boarding at the request of the U.S. Government.
