What to do when you cannot travel
If a change of plans, emergency or unexpected event occur and you want to transfer your tickets to someone else, Interjet allows you to make this modification. You just have to contact our call center and provide your full name and reservation code.
Depending on the fare you choose at the moment of the purchase, charges for names changes may apply or not. In the first case, you will be able to pay with credit or debit cards or by using the Club Interjet Wallet.
Once the change is made, the update in your reservation will be confirmed via email (it will be sent to the account that you registered when the initial purchase was made).
